The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica MDM, deep database and PL/SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality master data solutions. Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and knowledge of pharmaceutical or life sciences domain will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM. Define MDM data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and hierarchy management strategies. Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, and database performance tuning for MDM integrations. Design data governance frameworks including data quality, data stewardship, and metadata management processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM architecture and solutions. Lead end-to-end MDM implementation including data onboarding, data standardization, and golden record creation. Define integration patterns between MDM, upstream source systems, and downstream applications using APIs, ETL, or streaming mechanisms. Support migration and modernization initiatives involving Informatica IDMC (preferred). Establish best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks for MDM development and deployment. Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance aligned with enterprise and industry standards. Work closely with data governance, analytics, and application teams to ensure consistency and usability of master data across platforms. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams. Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and platform stability initiatives. Participate in client discussions, architecture reviews, and provide solution recommendations aligned with business strategy. Stay updated with emerging data management technologies and continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance the MDM ecosystem. Contribute to documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and operational playbooks. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM. Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL development and database performance optimization. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Proven ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business environments. Good to Have Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). Knowledge of Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain including regulatory and compliance considerations. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data catalog tools.
