Location: This is an ON-SITE POSITION, NOT REMOTE. This position has standard working hours of 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. General Characteristics: Responsible for managing the lifecycle of SunPass products, solutions, and applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with the SunPass Operations roadmap. Oversees product development activities, reporting standards, and operational governance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions. Acts as a liaison between SunPass Operations, Toll Operations leadership, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, continuous improvement, and compliance with established standards. Interviews: In the event an interview is requested, in-person interviews will be conducted at the Tolls Data Center in Boca Raton. At the discretion of the manager, first-round interviews may be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams.
