Not all that important Interview Process (how many rounds and any details) needs to get back to me on this Project or Assignment summary: The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Information Technology Services is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst with an exceptional commitment to service excellence to join the Financial Transformation Program team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to implement an enterprise cloud-based financial system that will transform our approach to managing the enterprise. The OCM Analyst, will support the OCM team to develop and execute a holistic approach to managing organizational change related to the implementation of the new technology platform. The OCM analyst will assess the organizational readiness for change, contribute to the creation of OCM strategy and plan, design and provide coordination of the stakeholder engagement approach. The OCM Analyst will be responsible for creation of the change and communication deliverables required for efficient stakeholder engagement and building change network for the Financial Transformation Program. Desired Qualifications: Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in one of the following fields: communications, change management, marketing, information technology or higher education. Demonstrated ability in change management and strategic communications methods and standards within a large-scale enterprise. Substantial experience in developing communications and presentations, creating training materials and foundational change management deliverables. Skill and ability to develop and deliver communications across platforms including web-based, email, social media and collateral; ability to tailor communications to achieve objectives and audience. Ability to effectively gather information from subject matter experts, surveys and research of industry best-practices. Possess needed business acumen and professional presence to effectively engage with professionals at all levels and function. Possess the verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization; ability to use standard English grammar and punctuation. Skill and experience to effectively utilize common office productivity software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, and internet browsers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar and three years of experience OR equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education. Experience working within Higher Education. (Preferred) Knowledge of information technology and systems implementation.
