[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing good, Job Description Long-Term Contract Atlanta, GA Onsite hybrid at Delta Airlines Qualifications: The SAP Functional HCM resource is responsible for providing broad-based SAP HCM knowledge to business users, design and implementation of configurations and customization, and provide recommendations for program enhancement and changes to meet evolving business requirements. -Create functional specification based on business requirements, work with developers to deliver expected solutions, and validate results. -Understand complex requirements and formulate cost-effective best-in-class solutions to support business needs. -Analyze business processes and develop and implement improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize current programs and processes. -Perform solution design and deliver solution based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments and remedial actions to assure optimized business process. -Manage both enhancements and troubleshooting for integrations with SF. -Provide functional guidance to business and testing team during testing cycles and approval process. -Maintain professional and good working relationships with team members and business. - Provide high level end users support. Responsibilities: -Participates in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing Applications. Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align information technology with business objectives. -Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. -Designs, configures, and tests various SAP Modules. -Manages SAP implementations. -Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need. -Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures. -Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
