The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, onboarding applications to platform services, and supporting cloud and infrastructure migrations. Key Responsibilities: Support application management functions across cloud and on-prem platforms. Assist with cloud migrations, DPC, NGDC, and application onboarding. Onboard and support applications on monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, etc. Work on infrastructure services, including APIs, file transfers, S3, load balancers, and VIPs. Coordinate with platform and infrastructure teams for server provisioning and configuration. Troubleshoot application, middleware, and infrastructure issues (/L3 level). Perform certificate and key management: Venafi, SSH authentication keys. Support Linux/Unix environments, including filesystem and basic to advanced scripting. Build and enhance automation scripts for monitoring, maintenance, and operational tasks. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience in Application Support, Application Management. Cloud Platforms: AWS and/or Azure; solid conceptual and hands-on knowledge. Linux/Unix system administration. scripting, troubleshooting, and automation. Application monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, or similar. Good to Have / Nice to Have: Cloud migration experience: DPC, NGDC. API Gateway experience: Apigee. File transfers: SFTP, NDM. Object storage: S3. Middleware/Web Server: Tomcat, Application Servers. Load balancers, VIPs, AVI. Data masking tools: Delphix, PDiLL. Identity & Access: AD, Azure AD, SSO, OAuth2, MFA. Certificate management: Venafi.
