http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3130741&uid=ffc2d860af214600952104e573a40fe3 Your Email Title Position : Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant Duration: 6+ months Contract Extendable Location: Exton PA (Onsite) Role Summary The Oracle HCM Lead will be responsible for driving end to end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross functional teams through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Implementation Lead end to end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, etc.). Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules as per approved design. Lead data migration activities including templates, validation, and reconciliation. 2. Project Leadership Serve as the functional lead for HCM workstreams. Coordinate with technical teams (Integrations, Reports, Security, Middleware). Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation. Provide guidance to junior consultants and functional analysts. 3. Testing & Deployment Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria. Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover activities. Ensure smooth golive and hypercare support. 4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams. Work with Oracle Support for SR creation, tracking, and resolution. Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation. 5. PostProduction Support Handle enhancements, change requests, and quarterly patch impact analysis. Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure system stability. Optimize processes and recommend best practices. Required Skills & Experience 712 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 34 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Hands on expertise in at least 23 Fusion HCM modules. Strong understanding of HCM business processes and statutory requirements. Experience with: HCM Extracts Fast Formulas HDL / HSDL OTBI / BI Publisher reports Integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs) Proven experience leading fullcycle Fusion HCM implementations. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
