Position: EPICOR Consultant Location: Irving, TX (Remote) Client: McKesson/TCS Job Description: Qualifications: EPICOR 10 business and techno functional expert troubleshooting issues and being the subject expert on different modules (Sales, Service, Production, Shipping and Receiving, and Finance Module) Responsible of all sox compliance documentation Worked with different EPICOR 10 tools such as DMT, Hand Held, MES, Bartender Developing in EPICOR 10 among BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, Customizations, REST API and SSRS Reports. Analyze and Translate Business problematic into IT solutions in EPICOR 10 and present it to share holders Installation and maintenance of EPICOR 10 client and Server Barcoding implementation (Handheld setup and server configuration) Provide Help Desk services to users Maintain Active directories, DHCP and Exchange servers, wireless network, and printers creating maintenance and catastrophe recovery plans. Maintain and create SQL queries to be use in BI together with Epicor solutions Implement and improve ETL pipelines, for ingesting customers data Investigate and resolve data issues as needed. Comply with confidential data handling policies and maintain this confidentiality. Epicor Subject Matter for all company needs Development, Training and Process improvement.
