http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3138897&uid=5b136f218b1848c5ad919af0f62c79b2 From: Anchal, Tek Inspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: Ogden, UT (Onsite) Duration: 1012 year long-term program ship: U.S. ship required Clearance: Active clearance or ability to obtain Travel/Perks: Transportation to site covered; all food & lodging covered for entire durationRole Overview Responsible for the design and procurement documentation for HVAC, piping, chilled water, and specialty equipment systems supporting defense infrastructure and related industrial projects.Key Responsibilities Develop P&IDs, specifications, calculations and equipment data sheets Prepare procurement documentation and conduct vendor reviews Perform equipment and system sizing for HVAC, chilled water and piping systems Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and interface with clients and regulatory agencies Support construction and installation phases, including field coordination Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineersRequirements Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering 58+ years of relevant experience U.S. ship required Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or obtainable Eligible for or possessing security clearanceTechnical Skills & Experience HVAC and piping system design and documentation Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IMC or ASME B31 codes Experience with DoD/UFC standards and requirements Experience with NQA-1 or AS9100 quality programs Background in nuclear, refinery or other industrial project environments is a plus Note: This role is onsite in Ogden, UT and is part of a long-term program supporting defense infrastructure. U.S. ship and the ability to obtain/maintain required security clearances are mandatory.
