You will design to meet customer requirements aligned with features and functionality of the ServiceNow platform wherever possible. You will be responsible for provision of guidance to Product Owners and BA community ensuring E2E solutions are efficient and promote solution reuse. Minimum work experience Required: ServiceNow Business Process Consultants 6.5 to 12 yrs Relevant ServiceNow experience ServiceNow knowledge in areas ITSM/CSM/ITOM/HRSD Responsibilities Lead & collaborate with customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow platform to design and improve their ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/ITBM and ITIL processes Work closely with customers to demonstrate and review OOB processes and analyse the need for customizations to support the customer to-be state. Lead customer design workshops, business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders Developing required documentation such as workshop agenda, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks Close any gaps in understanding between the business needs and technical capabilities, and then define the appropriate process to achieve desired business results.
