The role will focus on delivering solutions across Payroll, Empower Center, SuccessFactors and the full "Hire to Retire" lifecycle. The client is a large multinational (Hyatt) and the position includes at least one international trip. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP HR program implementations (Payroll, Empower Center, SuccessFactors, Hire-to-Retire) within S/4HANA. Provide overall project management: planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, stakeholder communication, and status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive delivery. Ensure alignment of SAP configuration and integration with HR processes and business requirements. Manage change management, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support coordination. Perform periodic on-site leadership and governance, including the required international travel. Required Qualifications: Proven SAP Project Manager experience; strong background in SAP project management is more important than specific HR module implementation history. Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and SAP HR-related modules (Payroll, SuccessFactors, Hire-to-Retire concepts preferred). Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and track delivery across technical and business teams. US or Card holder required. Candidate must have an active passport and be available for at least one international trip. LinkedIn profile is required. Work Location & Schedule: Primary work location: Salt Lake City, UT. On-site MondayThursday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM for the initial 3 months. After the initial phase, the schedule moves to on-site presence every other week in Salt Lake City (hybrid arrangement thereafter). Other Details: Duration: 12 months (Contract). Interview method: Skype. Travel: At least one international trip required during the engagement. Please note: Strong SAP PM experience is the priority for the client; specific HR implementation background is beneficial but secondary. PLEASE NOTE : The background with solid PM work within SAP is more important to the Client than a specific HR implementation background. Work will be on-site Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 7:30pm for initial 3 months and then move to an every other week in Salt Lake City.
