DL and LinkedIn both are required.-(No Bills) Interview ModeVideo and then Onsite Position Summary: The RPA Engineer is responsible for design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Experienced in deploying and maintaining automated workflows using UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience utilizing UiPath Studio and Orchestrator to create efficient and reliable bots that streamline business processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in RPA development and implementation. Hands-on experience with UiPath (preferable), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism Strong proficiency in Python, .NET, Java, or JavaScript for scripting and automation. Familiarity with SQL databases, APIs, and web services for process integration. Knowledge of OCR, AI/ML, and NLP for advanced automation capabilities is a plus. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and analytically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team across borders. High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
