Title: ServiceNow Developer P&C Insurance Location: Remote Position: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned with insurance business processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement and configure ITSM, ITOM, or custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to P&C insurance processes (policy lifecycle, claims, underwriting, billing, etc.). Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (Guidewire, policy admin systems, claims systems, etc.). Provide support for enhancements, upgrades, and production issues. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and maintain platform performance. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and documentation. Required Skills: 9+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. Solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
