The role ensures SIT and UAT completion, cutover plans are structured, tracked, and communicated effectively across stakeholders using standard project management tools and repositories. Key Responsibilities Create SIT and UAT execution strategy and approach enabling comprehensive solution integration testing Drive ALM updates and coordinated testing across all workstreams Manage defect resolution and testing user roles and super user adoption Develop, maintain, and track end-to-end cutover plans aligned to the overall SAP S/4HANA deployment timeline Organize cutover activities, dependencies, milestones, and owners using Smartsheet, Excel, and SharePoint sites Monitor progress against cutover plans and identify risks, gaps, and schedule impacts Produce regular cutover status reports, dashboards, and readiness updates for project leadership Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to validate task completion and readiness Maintain cutover documentation, governance artifacts, and audit-ready records Support cutover rehearsals, checkpoints, and go/no-go decision forums Key Skills Strong project coordination and planning skills Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint Competence in HP ALM and test management tools Ability to structure complex plans and track interdependencies Clear written and verbal communication Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a structured delivery environment Required Experience Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or large ERP deployments Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, and cutover planning and execution support Experience producing project status reports and progress tracking artifacts Experience working in enterprise transformation or large program environments Familiarity with standard project management and governance practices Keywords: golang hewlett packard card Solution Integration Test Management Cutover Coordinator S4HANA Deployment [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3154504&uid=def5279da34246148239840c8d29290f |
