This position is responsible for designing scalable, performant data solutions for a large enterprise environment and leading implementation teams. The engineer will support a major IT initiative aimed at improving customer service today and building the platform for future growth. Key Skills Snowflake ETL Matillion (nice to have, not required) Supervisory / Interpersonal Skills Strong team leadership and influencing abilities. Effective communication and relationship-building with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders. Qualifications 3+ years in database development (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and defining data models with teams. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and team collaboration experience. Experience with cloud database architecture (preferred). Experience with Snowflake (preferred). Experience with Matillion (preferred). Experience with real-time data loads (preferred). Experience with Agile/Lean development methodologies (preferred). Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ESRI, Workforce) (preferred). Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and architects.
