In the Software Engineer role, you will be responsible for the development of the service management framework, workflows, event management workflows, and business application workflows as well as integrations and tools capabilities. You will be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements. Day to day: Operational support across ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM Discovery modules. Someone who can Provide reference example and outcome of what they accomplish in some of the module like CMDB, ITOM Discovery Good understanding work load editor, Automation. Operational support Prioritize stories and projects CMDB and ITOM of discovery and service mapping Automation workflow editor and designer Primarily Service Now but also handle Slack.
