Job Description -
Job Title: Tech Support Analyst
Job Location: Bethlehem, PA (onsite)
MOI: Skype
Duration: 12+ months

Role: Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. This role is a combination of Help Desk Support and PC Maintenance. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Qualification:
5+ years of experience working in a PC Support environment
Must have strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Internet, VPN, and End-User PC support experience
Familiar with PC hardware in a break-fix environment and local area networking concepts
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability
Solid communication skills are required.
