Role: Kronos Techno Functional Consultant

Location: St Louis, MO (As of now remote, when required need to visit office)

JD:

In-depth Knowledge of Kronos v7.x, v8.x in administration and workforce configuration.
Experience in troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
Experience in WIM integrations and SQL management studio.
Manage direct interface with the client with strong verbal and written skills.
Understanding of support processes, SLAs
Knowledge of Leave, Attendance and SSRS Reports is an added skill.
Co-ordinate among teams in managing time zone differences.
