Strong Experience in Managing Datacenters Implementation Support Experience in Managing ESXi servers and good knowledge on virtualization technology like VMware infrastructure Good Experience in setting up DR (Disaster Recovery) plans and execution. Good Understanding of UPS and power utilities for DataCenter Design and Architectural Skills Proficiency in developing and implementing complex infrastructure designs. Project Management Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and coordinate with various teams. Problem-Solving Ability to analyze complex situations and find innovative solutions. Communication Skills Effectively communicate technical designs and project requirements to diverse teams and stakeholders. Business Acumen Ability to perform business case analysis and contribute to cost-saving initiatives Design and Architecture: Create scalable, secure, and reliable data center designs, including the layout of server racks, power distribution, and cooling systems. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the server, storage, and network infrastructure within the data center to ensure high availability and performance. Efficiency and Cost Optimization: Focus on optimizing space, power, and cooling to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs. Project Leadership: Manage multiple data center build and capital improvement projects simultaneously, from conceptualization to completion. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and cabling engineers, to coordinate design and construction efforts. Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, solving complex problems and challenging the status quo to find innovative solutions. Site Assessments and Construction Review: Conduct site assessments, attend design meetings, and review construction progress to ensure designs are implemented correctly. Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards for safety, quality, and reliability, and collaborate with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) as needed.
