Position : Oracle ERP Project Manager Location : Onsite- Nashville Metropolitan Area Duration: : Long Term Contract : / only Interview Mode: Video Job Description: The Project Manager for the Finance & HR Modernization program is a senior-level leader responsible for directing the successful delivery of a highly complex, multi-year enterprise transformation initiative. This role combines strategic oversight with deep program management expertise to ensure the seamless migration, modernization, and integration of Oracle ERP solutions across multiple business and technology domains. The Project Manager will develop and drive the program vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan while partnering closely with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and technology leadership to translate business goals into clear project objectives and actionable plans. This role serves as the central point of coordination for all program activitiesincluding planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, resource alignment, and communicationensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to the broader organizational transformation strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record managing complex technology modernization efforts. They will play a critical role in guiding teams, resolving escalations, maintaining alignment across interdependent workstreams, and enforcing quality, architectural, and delivery standards to achieve successful business outcomes. Proved experience in the below skills: 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management leading largescale, crossfunctional technology initiatives. MUST HAVE Direct experience managing Oracle ERP implementations, migrations, or modernization programs (Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBusiness Suite, or similar). MUST HAVE Strong understanding of enterprise business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HR as they relate to ERP systems. MUST HAVE Proven success delivering complex, multiworkstream projects involving systems integration, data conversion, and organizational change management. MUST HAVE Experience partnering with technical and business leadership to define requirements, develop project plans, and drive delivery. MUST HAVE Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills. MUST HAVE Demonstrated ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams and resolve escalations in highvisibility programs. MUST HAVE Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence. MUST HAVE PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred.
