About the Role: We are seeking a senior-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to manage, monitor, and support Broadcom Single Sign-On (SSO) and VIP Authentication Hub. This role involves overseeing the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform to ensure secure, uninterrupted authentication for enterprise users. The ideal candidate combines deep infrastructure support expertise with strong Java/Microservices development skills to build custom enhancements and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Provide L3/L4 support and root cause analysis for complex authentication, Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issues. Architect and configure application onboarding into the SSO ecosystem and IGA platforms. Design and develop custom IAM enhancements and automation components using Java and Spring Boot. Build RESTful APIs and custom connectors/adapters for SSO/VIP and IGA integration scenarios. Manage system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning for high availability. Collaborate with DevOps to containerize and deploy microservices via Docker and Kubernetes. Maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and architecture diagrams. Essential Skills: Expertise in Broadcom SSO (SiteMinder) and Symantec VIP Authentication Hub. Strong experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform management and application onboarding. Proficiency in Java development and Microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, API integration, and Web Services. Solid understanding of Network Security, Cyber Security, and Application Security Management (ASM). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for security service deployment. Desirable Skills: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific Broadcom/Symantec certifications. Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for IAM services. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards affecting identity governance.
