Develop and implement the Appian and web-based applications Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required Works with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse Building critical Appian based application as well as associated integration components Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other interfaces/products Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models Proven track of working closely with key business users Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering. Experience in designing, developing and implementing advanced business process management (BPM) solutions that leverage Appian's AI and agentic capabilities. Experience in deploying and configuring Appian AI Skills, including generative AI prompts, document and text classification, data extraction, and sentiment analysis, using low-code tools. Experience in creating processes that seamlessly blend AI-driven automation with human oversight. Experience in utilizing Appian's Agent Studio to configure, deploy, and manage AI agents that can reason, adapt, and take initiative within structured and governed workflows. Roles & Responsibilities 2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc. 3. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc. 4.
