About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Python Full Stack Developer to design and construct advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) pipelines and robust backend systems. This role is highly focused on developing microservices, integrating enterprise Large Language Model (LLM) platforms, enforcing strict runtime guardrails, and building high-throughput asynchronous processes, all while strictly adhering to utilizing approved enterprise platforms rather than hosting custom models. Key Responsibilities: * Implement Python microservices and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) utilizing frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django, ensuring clean contracts, versioning, pagination, and rate limiting. Build REST and GraphQL endpoints, alongside internal Software Development Kits (SDKs), to empower AI-enhanced features (prompt routing, retrieval, redaction). Develop and implement asynchronous and event-driven processing systems using Celery, Kafka, or message queues for high-throughput background jobs and data pipelines. Integrate backend services with enterprise AI platforms and LLM APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI via enterprise gateway), expertly managing prompt orchestration, tool invocation, moderation hooks, and response validation. Enforce stringent runtime guardrails, including input sanitization, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) redaction, toxicity and Not Safe For Work (NSFW) filters, output signing, and system fallbacks. Execute semantic retrieval and vector search operations strictly through approved platforms. Essential Skills: * Proven expertise as a Python Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 10 to 12+ years of relevant industry experience. Versatility and deep hands-on experience in constructing AI pipelines leveraging LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoRAG. Strong proficiency in model optimization techniques utilizing Optuna and GridSearchCV. Desirable Skills: * Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and comprehensive API design principles. Familiarity with strict data privacy standards and implementing data redaction/guardrails. Experience handling enterprise-level LLM orchestrations and gateway integrations.
