Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to MMIS Operations. 4+ years of experience in business/systems analysis and/or computer systems development/modification may be substituted. 1+ years of experience supporting MMIS Legacy system projects as a business analyst or related duties. (Understanding capabilities and intricacies of MMIS.) 1+ years of experience working with Medicaid claims and provider operations concepts 1+ years of experience working with a Medicaid eligibility and/or enrollment information system in an operations capacity. Proficient in Office Suite, Jira, Footprints, and SharePoint Related systems include the MMIS Online application, Provider Web Tool, Provider Enrollment application, and EDI/Translator. Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SAS, Excel, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis software.
