Epic Orders, or Radiant Certification also required for this role. Overview: This is a part time role. An Epic Ambulatory Analyst with Orders or Radiant designs, configures, tests, and maintains EHR clinical modules to optimize provider workflows. They translate clinical needs into system functionality, manage build changes, and support go-lives. Required Qualifications: Certification: Active EpicCare Ambulatory Certification required. Epic Orders, or Radiant Certification also required for this role. Experience: 5 years previous experience in a healthcare IT setting. Educations: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: System Configuration (Build): Modifies, tests, and maintains Ambulatory, Orders, or Radiant modules to meet clinical needs. Workflow Analysis: Evaluates, designs, and implements clinical workflows, ensuring efficiency and standardization. Troubleshooting & Support: Investigates and resolves application issues, providing technical support to users. Testing & Implementation: Coordinates system updates, integrated testing, and go-live support. Documentation: Creates and maintains detailed documentation of system changes and user requirements. Collaboration: Works with clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to align system functionality with organizational goals.
