The role focuses on requirement gathering, system configuration, integrations, testing, and ongoing production support to ensure system stability, revenue accuracy, and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Functional Design Conduct business workshops and walkthrough sessions to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional design documents. Configure Oracle Cloud RMCS, including understanding system configurations, SSP upload processes, and FBDI (File-Based Data Import) file preparation. Collaborate with technical and upstream system teams on integration design and data mapping between RMCS and source systems. Testing & Knowledge Transfer Prepare detailed test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and business stakeholders.
