Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Attend and participate in all ceremonies of a Scrum development project including Planning Sessions, Stand-Up Sessions, Review Sessions, Backlog Grooming Sessions, Pointing Sessions, and Retrospective Session as directed by the Department or any other Project Management methodology adoption. 2. Participate and run Joint Application Sessions to collect detailed requirements and document requirements with process flows and mock ups as directed by the Department. 3. Create, modify, deploy, and test application code and database code with a zero-defect rate as directed by the Department. Train and participate in peer code review as directed by the Department. 4. Create Test cases and test data for User Acceptance Testing as directed by the Department. 5. Document application modifications and additions daily aligned with coding tasks as assigned by the Department, and store in a document repository. 6. Complete Administrative tasks (if necessary, i.e., training) and enter time log in with detailed tasks in Department provided application on a weekly basis.
