During the implementation phase, contribute to various implementation workstreams such as: functional testing, E2E testing, Data Conversion, Data Harmonization efforts across the enterprise, reporting Adoption support. Core Responsibilities Manage the supplier portal (contingent worker intake portal) including the implementation, launch and establishing the ongoing operating model of the intake process. Work collaboratively with HR Technology Shared Service, resource management data owners, TPX organizations, Procurement to ensure functional goals are aligned Supports senior management in business analysis and strategic initiatives Evaluates actual results against expected performance and initiates areas for improvement. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
