Mentoring and guiding a team of hardware engineers, providing technical expertise and support, and ensuring team members adhere to industry standards. Understanding customer requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and working with other departments to ensure a robust and scalable solution. Collaborating with software engineers, system architects, mechanical, thermal and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and efficient system design 10+ years of experience Hardware boar design experience from Semiconductor background. Experince in custom silicon chips or mobile chipset based validation boards designs, spanning analog, mixed-signal, and digital domains. Worked on end-to end ecosystem of projects from requirement to final product release (circuit design, prototyping and testing) and maintenance. Strong understanding of electronics, signal integrity (SI), Power Intigrity (PI), and power management. Hands on designing experience in high-speed interface standards PCIe Gen5 or Gen6 , LPDDR5 , USB 3.x, ethernet ,M.2, U.2, CSI,DSI, MCIOs HSIOs Experience in developing detailed schematics and Technical document writing Expertise on PCB design process, layout reviews , and routing guidlines Proficient in schematic preparation, PCB layout design, and design validation Strong understanding of application-specific customization and multi-chip architectures. Focus on chip efficiency, including performance and power optimization.
