Remedy is an Information Technology Services Management platform used to manage service requests. Mandatory Qualifications - Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience) - A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation. - Proficient in the English language Preferred Qualifications: - BMC Accredited Developer - Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration tools - Experience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updates - Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvals - Experience with migrating code and data into Remedy environments - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to educate and train in-house support staff on the BMC Remedy configuration and upgrade process(es) (including troubleshooting approaches) EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.
