This role focuses heavily on backend fundamentals, microservices, and production ownership in a fast paced, high impact environment. Fundamentals and real world backend experience matter more than perfect language alignment. Engineers who understand APIs, microservices, and production systems ramp quickly. This role is ideal for a strong mid-level backend engineer who thrives in a high ownership environment, values clean engineering fundamentals, and is comfortable owning production grade systems. Perfect language alignment is less important than proven backend depth, problem solving ability, and real world experience.
