Key responsibilities include designing document workflows, managing system security, ensuring compliance (GxP/FDA), and leading technical teams to optimize digital asset management. Key Responsibilities Configuration & Customization: Configure Veeva Vault applications, including workflows, lifecycles, document types/subtypes, and security settings. Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical expert, providing /L3 support for complex production issues and driving resolution. System Integration: Oversee integrations with other commercial systems, such as CRM, data warehouses, and MDM. Release Management: Perform risk assessments and manage the implementation of quarterly Veeva releases. Validation & Compliance: Lead IQ/OQ/PQ activities to ensure system compliance with GxP and regulatory standards. Data & Reporting: Manage metadata, reporting, and data migration, including ETL processes. Required Skills and Experience Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in Veeva Vault application development, with specific expertise in PromoMats. Certifications: Veeva Vault Administrator certification or relevant Vault certifications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Web Services, and data migration techniques. Business Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial content management and regulatory requirements within the life sciences industry. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
