JD: Role SAP MM/PTP Consultant with Data Migration Must Have Skills: Experienced in E2E implementation and Support projects in SAP PTP/AP predominantly worked on all the 3 sub-modules Procurement, Inventory Management & Logistics Invoice Verification. Good Knowledge on MM master data and understand DSP (Capps) for master data management. Good experience in understanding and gathering Business rules, Business requirements and end user cases. Worked on Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Process with JDA integration. Worked on Price determination process including country specific (Pricing for POs and intercompany). Worked on Purchase requisition and Purchase order Processing- Standard, Subcontracting, STO ( Intra and Inter), Third party Procurement, service Procurement and Vendor returns" Worked on Release Procedures (Release procedures used in PR/PO)& Output determination of RFQ/PO/SA Experienced in ALE and EDI integration, interfaces with non-SAP systems. Exposure to SRM will be added advantage. Experienced in custom enhancements, Z-programs and workflows (PO, Vendor and Invoice). Good knowledge on Invoice Imaging, Invoice Resolution, Non PO Invoice Processing, Payment Processing. Understand and evaluate business requirements, identify the changes to the template and translate them into functional specification and technical design. Should be able to explain the functional requirements to the developer. Be accountable for on time delivery of the project deliverables with the other team members. Work closely with the Business Teams to lead the identification and documentation of field mapping, transformation, and validation rules for the data objects. Design, document, and functional unit test complex data conversion jobs and workflows using SAP Data Services, IDocs, LSMWs, etc. Support the development of unit and end-to-end data migration test plans and test scripts (including testing for data extraction, transformation, data loading, and data validation). Participate in and support end user training for SAP Data Conversion tools (e.g. Pre/Post Load reports, Readiness Reports, Validation forms) and data conversion processes (e.g. Mock data load validation activities) In partnership with the business, lead and support data cleansing strategies, action plans, and Data Readiness Network (DRN) activities to assist in the remediation of the data cleansing, construction and/or validation cycles including the creation and maintenance of data readiness reports and scorecards Lead data load activities for each mock load, cutover simulation and production deployment identified in L1 plan into environments identified including supporting the business during validation activities Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during all testing cycles, including Mock Data Load cycles. Complete all necessary data migration documentation necessary to support system validation / compliance requirements. Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during Production deployment. Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during Hypercare period.
