Work closely with Product Owners and Certified Master Architects/Certified Technology Architects (CMA/CTA) to design and implement complex modules. Support and augment the capacity of CMA/CTA as needed, under their guidance, to meet project objectives. Take ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of high-end ServiceNow-based solutions. Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience developing solutions using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on MDM or similar enterprise applications. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product Owners and technical architects (CMA/CTA) on complex solution design and delivery. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
