http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3221981&uid=77234d24e16c4834b4976fb4d4d05a20 Title - Cybersecurity Specialist Location - Onsite in Maplewood, MN - Duration - 6 Month Interview Video Rate $50/hr on C2C Only JOB DESCRIPTION The cybersecurity user engagement specialist supports the Human Cyber Risk Management program by coordinating activities, maintaining processes, and assisting with the execution of cybersecurity awareness, social engineering readiness, and risk reduction initiatives that strengthen secure habits across the organization. This role provides day to day operational support that enables consistent delivery of program activities, effective communication, accurate reporting, and strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders to reinforce expected work practices. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and support cybersecurity awareness and user engagement activities across the organization that align with program objectives Assist in translating risk insights into clear, actionable guidance for employees by developing and updating supporting materials (such as guidance documents, presentations, and reference resources) and ensuring they are accessible through global channels Work with subject matter experts to validate awareness content aligns with current cybersecurity policies, risk standards, and control expectations Track participation, phishing simulation outcomes, and other user focused risk indicators, and prepare summary reports Track and maintain program metrics, such as training completions and engagement levels using established tools, and report performance Support scheduling, logistics, translation, localization, and distribution of cybersecurity awareness activities, awareness events, briefings, and campaigns Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to support program activities and delivery timelines Manage task tracking, scheduling and timelines, approval routing, and readiness checks Maintain and organize program documentation, workflows, approval records, calendars, and process guides to support consistent operations Gather stakeholder input and provide observations that support continuous improvement Qualifications include: Three years of experience in cybersecurity training and awareness, risk management, or similar operational work Ability to translate cybersecurity concepts for nontechnical audiences Strong organizational and project coordination skills Demonstrated success managing high-visibility activities and logistics Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed Background in campaign management, marketing, or content development Experience working with external vendors, including marketing agencies is a plus Experience in a large, global, or matrixed organization is preferred Must hit the ground running Additional Qualifications: Relevant certifications: AMA Professional Certified Marketer, SSAP, SACP, CSAP, or similar are preferred Education: Required: Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university with three years of experience in a similar role Preferred: coursework or a degree from an accredited institution in Cybersecurity, Marketing, Communications, Learning and Development, or a related discipline -- Keywords: information technology card Minnesota Cybersecurity Specialist - Onsite in Maplewood, MN - Local Pls [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3221981&uid=77234d24e16c4834b4976fb4d4d05a20 |
