Job: SharePoint (M365) Consultant Location: Washington, DC (Remote for now) Duration: Long Term Job Description: Minimum 2 years of experience with development using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.). Experience with DevOps tools. Minimum 3 years of M365 SharePoint Online development, deploying Solutions & Administration. Experience in developing SharePoint Online sites/pages. Experience developing SharePoint Online web parts, site templates, content types. Front end/CSS skills and experience. Experience in integrating SharePoint online with third party applications - using CSOM, JSOM, API etc. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Application models. Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service and other Service Applications. Microsoft certifications from related areas PL-900, PL-600, PL-400, AZ-900. Low-code/No-code development platform experience. Experience with app UI creation and UX design. Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud (knowledge of cloud resource deployment principles or usage of specific cloud technologies). Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights for business users. Experience with utilizing Power & Power Automate to streamline workflows and drive automation/innovation across Microsofts Power Platform. Design, create, & tailor historical/analytical dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. Conduct formal meetings with key stakeholders, to gather, analyze, and translate functional business requirements and workflows into technical requirements. Experience taking requirements and generating designs and implementing a final solution. Participate in the full development life cycle, unit/load testing, deployment, and maintenance of customized business applications. Excellent client facing experience and communications skills. Ability to work intuitively, along or as part of a team environment. Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize, plan and multitask work assignments. Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets.
