Position: Software Asset Management Analyst Location: Forth Worth , TX (Hybrid) Job Description: Extensive Service NOW & SAM PRO experience. Maintain and optimize our software asset management system Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and contracts Software review/audit research, analysis, and professional engagements with software providers Monitor and report on software usage and license utilization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software asset management processes and policies Provide training and support to end users on software asset management best practices Identify and resolve software license and compliance issues Work directly with service provider, application development teams, and business partners to gather requirements for usage reports, contractual entitlement usages, and ongoing support/maintenance of software renewal.
