This role bridges clients, product management, and development teams translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for a cloud-native, API-first platform. Important: Candidates must have experience with banking platforms and high-volume payment systems. Insurance or unrelated domain experience will not be considered for this engagement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for the VisionNext platform. Create structured documentation such as epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on scope and priorities. Partner with technical and QA teams to refine requirements, assess feasibility, and support throughout the SDLC. Support testing and validation, ensuring solutions meet defined business needs. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents. Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Required Qualifications Bachelors in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years as a Business Analyst within banking, fintech, or payments. Hands-on experience in card issuance, payment processing, or card management systems. Strong understanding of the card lifecycle, including enrollment, authorization, and dispute processes. Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, QA, and client teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience documenting API-based requirements and working with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments. Basic SQL for data analysis and validation.
