Job Description:
We are looking to potentially fill the below Supply Chain Analysts role with a candidate who has experience in:

Mechanical

Engineering

Python

Power Bi

SAP

Primary Purpose: Manages and oversees the Client Corporation Crew Services portfolio which includes sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations related to the transportation of Train & Engine (T&E) crews and lodging for T&E, Engineering, and Mechanical employees as well as providing support on the procurement of transportation and lodging.

Principal Duties:

Manages all contractors who provide transportation and lodging services (transportation of T&E crews to and from various points across the Client Corporation system and lodging on or around their system). Responsibilities include contract negotiation and management, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, maintaining service quality and operational efficiency, and controlling associated costs.

Work as part of the Client Corporation Crew Services team and alongside other groups in the company to develop and optimize transportation and lodging strategies to maximize efficiency and drive cost savings.

Monitor all transportation and lodging related contractors to ensure compliance with Client Corporation operational safety policies including environmental awareness while performing their duties on or around Client Corporations property.

Support sourcing and purchasing activities for crew transportation and lodgingallowing the individual to gain a cross-category view of crew services-related resource planning.

A working knowledge of Client Services Crew Services activities, methods, facilities, equipment, and all operating regions would be considered a plus.

Minimum Level: 3-5 years
