Title: HCM ABAP/SAAP BTP Developer Location: Lake Forest, IL (try to find local Hybrid candidates or someone willing to relocate from day one) Duration: 12 months Visa: No H1B/CPT MOI: Video Looking for an experienced SAP HCM ABAP/SAP BTP/CPI contractor person to join the HCM Team. You will design, develop, and deploy the HR Enhancements using ABAP in HCM and SuccessFactors, and also develop Integrations using SAP BTP/CPI. You will play a key role in the implementation of the SuccessFactors EC and EC-Payroll. Major responsibilities and duties: You will work with Technical Leads, Engineers, Architects, and Operations to develop design solutions. You have experience in designing, testing, deploying, and supporting automated solutions. Requirements: Have Solid understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors HR processes. Have minimum 7-8 years of Development experience in the SAP HR areas (ECC-HCM and SuccessFactors) creating ABAP programs, Enhancements, and Interfaces. Experienced in developing, configuring, and integrating SAP Cloud applications (SuccessFactors), SAP ECC and Non-SAP Cloud applications using SAP CPI. Experienced in creating Java/Groovy scripts in CPI. Experienced in designing interfaces within SAP ECC-HCM and SuccessFactors. Experienced in developing and configuring Interface Mappings, Message Mappings, ABAP Mappings etc. Strong programming ABAP Skills, including ABAP Objects, ABAP Classical, Interactive and Logical Database Reporting, Data Dictionary, ABAP query, and report writer tools. Experience in working with AGILE methodology and daily scrum reporting. Familiar with the use of Service now, HP ALM, Jira, Teams, and MS office tools. Working knowledge or worked with SailPoint/IDV and SAP security for access related issues. Good analytical ability to identify root cause and troubleshoot problems. Recognize inefficient processes, guide projects forward, provide technical updates. You Have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of Experience with SAP BTP/CPI (Business Technology Platform) for setting up integrations. 7+ years of Experience with ABAP development in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors areas.
