Key Responsibilities Design and develop advanced virtual agent / conversational AI systems using modern frameworks. Build and integrate AI pipelines leveraging LangChain and LangGraph for orchestration of LLM-based workflows. Develop robust backend services using Python, Django, and FastAPI. Architect scalable microservices and APIs to support AI-driven applications. Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java-based technologies. Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications in enterprise environments. Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical mentoring. Optimize prompt engineering, model chaining, and agent workflows for production use cases. Required Qualifications 8+ years of overall software development experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python development. 2+ years of experience working with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks. Strong experience with Django and FastAPI for backend development. Solid experience in Full Stack Java development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, frontend integration). Experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-powered applications. Proficiency in designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and system design principles.
