The position requires a strong, experienced project manager well versed in leading development teams using the Scrum framework to organize and deliver software development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing data, EDW, Salesforce implementation, MS Dynamics and analytics projects. Responsibilities of the Senior Salesforce Project Manager Strong execution focus in driving end-to-end project schedules. Facilitate scrum meetings (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, backlog refinement) Work with the Product Owner to identify and document business needs/user stories and add them to the product backlog Lead scrum development team in estimating tasks, committing to product backlog items. Track and report project progress using sprint and project burndown charts Lead the demonstration of the work completed in a sprint to the product owner and stakeholders in sprint review meetings Lead the continual improvement of task estimating methods, development, and release processes by facilitating sprint retrospectives Teach new scrum team members the scrum framework Champion the scrum framework with stakeholders, product owners and scrum team members Work with analysts, developers and management to scope projects, and ensure designs are implemented and tested to specifications Coordinate and facilitate JAD sessions, meetings, and activities with team members to define integration, security, infrastructure, architecture, and data requirements Qualifications: Excellent scrum master/project management skills (7 years preferred) Experience with Salesforce implementation projects (Required) Business and technical requirements document experience a necessity Strong presentation and leadership skills required Experience working with technical team members Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams and projects using the scrum framework In-depth understanding and experience in using Agile/Scrum framework to develop and deliver multiple software projects/products (8 years preferred) Ability to work with Product Owner(s) to identify and document business needs/requirements/user stories and add these to the product backlog. Effective communications skills and coordination of development; able to communicate with and effectively lead scrum development teams Report project status and risks on a regular basis to management Able to discuss the Agile/Scrum framework and advocate its appropriate use with team members and management Analytical, group facilitation and relationship management skills Ability to multitask and manage prioritization Detail orientation and strong follow-through on personal and team tasks Solid understanding of the Waterfall SDLC methodology, and when to use it vs. Agile/Scrum Solid understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma, ITIL or equivalent certification required Technical Skills: Scrum framework tracking and reporting tool Keywords: information technology microsoft http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=327710&uid= |
