Please find the job requirement below: Position: Test Data Management (TDM) Architect Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Contract Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Architect with strong expertise in Informatica TDM and deep knowledge of the US Healthcare Payer domain. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data de-identification, sub-setting, and end-to-end test data solutions across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Understand existing database/data source models and design solutions for data de-identification and sub-setting Analyze application landscape and define end-to-end data flow (E2E) Extract and interpret data dictionaries and relationships across systems Perform test data manufacturing via UI/front-end and backend systems Ensure data integrity across applications and environments Work with tools like Informatica TDM and optionally IBM Optim Configure filters and subsets for source systems Conduct data validation and profiling for quality assurance Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Support DBA activities (backup, data copy, query execution) Drive data governance frameworks in non-production environments Mentor team members on TDM best practices Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Informatica TDM 5+ years in US Healthcare Payer domain Strong knowledge of Healthcare data (Members, Providers, Claims, Groups) Hands-on experience in: Test Data Manufacturing (UI/front-end mandatory) Data de-identification & sub-setting E2E data flow analysis Strong SQL skills (DQL, DDL, DML) Experience with data warehousing & large-scale data management Understanding of physical database design Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience with IBM Optim Certification in Database / Informatica TDM Key Keywords TDM Architect, Test Data Management, Informatica TDM, Healthcare Data, Data Architect, Healthcare Payer Thanks & Regards Rishu Kumar Siri Info Solutions.
