About the Role: We are seeking a BigCommerce Technical Lead with extensive experience in eCommerce Architecture to drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance commerce solutions. You will lead a technical team to deliver sophisticated Headless Commerce and API-driven applications, ensuring alignment with modern architectural standards and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide Technical Leadership and guidance to development teams, conducting Code Reviews and enforcing rigorous coding standards. Lead the design of BigCommerce solutions, participating in high-level Architecture discussions. Customize storefronts using the Stencil Framework and develop custom Themes, Templates, and Extensions. Implement complex Checkout and Cart customizations using Storefront APIs. Architect and implement Headless Commerce solutions integrated with React, Next.js, or Vue.js. Oversee integrations with Enterprise Systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, PIM/DAM, and Payment Gateways. Collaborate with DevOps to manage CI/CD Pipelines and deployments across AWS or Azure cloud environments. Essential Skills: Minimum 8 years of experience in eCommerce Development. Expertise in BigCommerce Storefront API and SaaS commerce architecture. Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue.js). Proven experience in Headless Commerce implementations. Strong understanding of Performance Optimization, Caching, and Content Delivery Network (CDN) strategies. Desirable Skills: BigCommerce Certified Application Developer or Architect. Cloud certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. Experience with TCS Interactive projects or large-scale Enterprise Systems Integration.
