The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual testing and automation, and will lead validation efforts across Workday business processes, integrations, and releases. Key Responsibilities Workday Functional Testing Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for Workday HCM & Finance Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing Validate: Business processes Configurations Security & condition rules Reporting logic Test Workday integrations including: EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, vendor interfaces Collaborate with SMEs for complete test coverage Test Automation Design and maintain automation using: Workday Test Automation (WTA) Selenium / Cypress / Playwright Identify automation opportunities and integrate into regression pipelines Improve automation coverage and efficiency Quality Engineering Document test results using ADO / Test Management tools Perform API and integration testing Manage defect lifecycle (log, triage, retest, closure) Support Workday semiannual releases with regression and risk analysis Assist with UAT planning and execution Collaboration Work with Workday analysts, developers, and business teams Promote shift-left testing practices Communicate risks, progress, and issues effectively Required Skills 5+ years of QA/testing experience (3+ years in Workday) Hands-on experience with: Workday HCM and/or Finance modules Manual + Automation testing Experience with Workday integrations testing Strong knowledge of test design and execution Familiarity with Git and programming/scripting Strong analytical and communication skills Thanks & Regards Dev Singh Quantum World Technologies Inc.
