http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3279945&uid=35fd05e667b7492cb3da00ad39ec4095 From: praveen nagar, vyzeinc.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Role: Techno Functional BA with P&C Location: Iselin, NJ(hybrid 3 days onsite) Need senior of 13 + years experience Area(s) of responsibility Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution options Provide domain leadership across P&C areas: Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, Reinsurance Review and validate solution designs with architects and ensure business intent is preserved Guide offshore BAs and review their deliverables for quality and completeness Delivery and Quality Assurance Partner with delivery teams across Agile AND SAFe delivery models Oversee UAT strategy, test scenario validation, defect triage, and business sign off Ensure traceability from requirements design build test release Program and Transformation Support Contribute to roadmap definition, process optimization, and modernization initiatives Support data, integration, and reporting requirements including upstream/downstream dependencies Assist leadership with status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning Required Skills and Experience 7 plus years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst supporting complex, enterprise-scale programs Strong insurance domain expertise across Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Exposure Management Proven experience in a client-facing, onshore role, leading discussions with senior business stakeholders and technical teams Ability to independently lead requirement workshops, solution discussions, and working sessions across multiple initiatives Act as a primary liaison between business, architecture, and engineering teams, with minimal guidance Translate business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications for implementation, including AI, data, and governance initiatives Hands on experience with API testing and validation using Postman Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON payloads, and enterprise integration patterns Capability to actively contribute to solution and architecture discussions, not limited to documentation Strong SQL expertise to analyze data, validate integrations, and resolve source-to-target discrepancies Experience creating and managing epics, features, user stories, data mappings, and process flow diagrams Ensure non-functional requirements EG. security, performance, scalability, reliability, are identified, documented, and addressed Preferred Qualifications Guidewire or Duck Creek certifications Experience in large transformation programs or multi-year AMS engagements Exposure to digital, automation, or AI led initiatives in P&C, Good to have.
