JOB Role: ELM Performance Lead/Architect Location: USA Remote MUST Have .IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT) experience. Write new performance tests in IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT) for ELM as well as its OSLC / REST APIs, possible third-party utilities Assess and advise on a representative data shape and user scale Automate test data creation to easily setup new environments Analyse performance test errors, failures, and results Investigate performance bottlenecks using performance test results and monitoring data Recommend solutions and work-arounds to owning teams Refactor existing performance tests to resolve errors and refine tests scenarios. Scheduled performance regression testing cycles. Lead and train a small offshore team in the above. Skills: Its important that candidates have hands-on experience in most (ideally all) the areas mentioned in the job description.
