Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks, preferably versions 7.4 and above. Good understanding of financial services client onboarding and regulatory KYC requirements. Hands-on experience in coding, implementation, integration development, designing, and deployment. Understanding of case management concepts, connectors, and services. In-depth knowledge of Activities, Flows, Tab Flow, Screen Flow, adding decision sub-flows, integration to Flow Process, Flow Declarative Rules, and Decision Rules. Strong debugging skills, including User Interfaces in PRPC, Clipboard, PAL, Rules Inspector, TRACER, Harness, Section, etc. Must have working knowledge of Agents, Report Definition, List and Summary View, and Dashboard. Experience in delivering design documents (HLD/LLD). Excellent skills in customer interaction and communication. Good understanding of Pega flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets, interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods, and OOTB activities. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
