The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This is a senior techno-functional role that requires deep knowledge of both technical architecture and business finance processes. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions using EPBCS, Essbase, Hyperion Planning, and related tools. Lead requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, and gap analysis with business stakeholders (Finance, FP&A teams). Design and develop multidimensional Essbase cubes, ASO/BSO models, calculation scripts, business rules, and data loads. Configure and optimize EPBCS applications including forms, dashboards, task lists, approval workflows, and smart forms. Build robust integrations using Data Management (FDMEE/DM), EPM Automate, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, and external systems (ERP, Oracle Cloud, etc.). Perform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of Essbase/EPBCS applications. Lead migrations from on-premise Hyperion to Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS). Provide technical leadership during full life-cycle implementations, upgrades, and hypercare support. Ensure best practices in security, metadata management, data governance, and audit compliance. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM suite. Strong expertise in Essbase (ASO & BSO), EPBCS/PBCS, Hyperion Planning, and Financial Reporting. Deep knowledge of EPM Cloud platform, EPM Automate, Groovy/REST APIs, and automation scripting. Experience in designing complex planning models, driver-based planning, allocations, and forecasting. Good understanding of finance processes Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc. Experience with integrations using FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL tools. Prior experience in leading architecture/design workshops and delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Certification in Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion products. Exposure to other Oracle Cloud modules (ARCS, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting). Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and scripting (Power, Python, etc.).
