This individual will be responsible for the overall technical architecture, ServiceNOW code standards, and best practices for delivering ServiceNOW to the business. This individual will work with key business units and managers in order to envision, roadmap, and build scalable solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement and new capabilities of the ServiceNOW Platform. To be qualified for this position, you: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ Years in Administration and Development with ServiceNOW Platform with a focus on Architecture Demonstrated expertise in implementation of ServiceNOW technologies and driving digital transformation 6+ years of experience in a system engineering role with 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNOW Platform 4+ years of ServiceNOW Development ServiceNOW Certifications is must ServiceNOW Development using native tools Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and common service level agreement (SLA) measurements Deep working knowledge of most or all of the following: ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, LSD, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub, Flow Designer Experience with Asset lifecycle management processes and concepts is a plus Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, or other related languages and libraries is a plus Integrations with WebServices & APIs (SOAP and REST) is a plus Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNOW integration solutions including: ServiceNOW APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS is a plus What you will be doing: Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support Perform ServiceNOW implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration and testing Facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and workflows Develop systems integrations and process automation fully utilizing the platforms workflow capabilities, including Flow Designer Working knowledge of Mobile and Virtual Agent Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of Integration Hub and Orchestration, APIs, and relation transform mappings Customize ServiceNOW configurations, including custom scripts, workflows and orchestration activities Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements Reviews technology projects, analyze business requirements, recommends system changes, writes technical specifications, and implements system and system changes to address changing application requirements. Develops project plans to direct technology activities either in support of application projects or as independent work activities. Thanks!
