This role requires a strong hands-on Java engineer who also leads, mentors, and contributes to architecture. You will: Write production-level Java code daily Lead technical direction while staying hands-on Mentor engineers and elevate team performance Solve complex problems across cloud, data, and integration systems Top 3 Priorities Strong technical leadership with hands-on coding Code at a high level in Java while leading the team Guide architecture and design decisions Mentor engineers and stay involved in builds Not a pure manager, not a pure coder Azure data and integration expertise Work within Azure ecosystem, including Data Factory and Databricks Design and manage end-to-end data pipelines Handle system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs Understand data flow across multiple systems Communication and cross-team impact Work across CRM and enterprise systems Explain technical decisions to stakeholders Partner with business and technical teams Drive projects forward with clear communication Core Responsibilities Technical leadership Lead architecture decisions and provide hands-on support Set coding standards and enforce best practices Mentor junior and senior engineers Hands-on development Stay active in coding, debugging, and code reviews Build scalable services and data pipelines Blocker resolution Own complex technical issues across the full stack Troubleshoot from infrastructure through application code Data architecture Build pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks Support data ingestion, transformation, and reliability Real-time systems Build streaming solutions using Kafka or Azure Event Hubs Work with Spark Structured Streaming API and integration Lead integrations using Spring Boot and enterprise platforms Ensure API performance, scalability, and security Security and infrastructure Manage firewall rules, network policies, and certificates Technical Requirements Azure data ecosystem Azure Data Factory Azure Databricks Blob Storage, Azure Files, SFTP Streaming and messaging Kafka or Azure Event Hubs Spark Structured Streaming Software engineering Strong Java and Spring Boot experience Kubernetes and containerization PostgreSQL Enterprise integration REST and SOAP APIs OpenAPI standards Experience with Dell Boomi or similar platforms preferred Technical Environment Java 21, Spring Boot Azure, Docker, Kubernetes Git-based CI/CD tools Angular or similar front-end frameworks Key Traits Hands-on coder who leads by example Strong mentor and technical guide Comfortable working with architects and influencing design Clear communicator across teams Focused on execution and delivery Please share your resume at [email protected] Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment information technology card South Carolina Lead Software Engineer, Cloud || SC || Onsite [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3323005&uid=8d60e75e94574492832f5aed4857ba7b |
